The Facts: Paul's Firewood & Bardy Farms DevelopmentBased on the Warren Township Housing Element and Fair Share Plan updates adopted on February 26, 2026, here is the layout:- Bardy Farms (149 Washington Valley Road/11 North Road) is proposed for up to 115 total units, with approximately 26–28 affordable rental units.
- Paul's Firewood (155 Washington Valley Road) is proposed for up to 69 total units, with approximately 15–17 affordable rental units.
